The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Returns

If you’d like to return an item, please email us at shopsaintrodeo@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery to let us know. Once approved, your return must be shipped back within the same 14-day period. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

We may reject returns if items show makeup stains, deodorant or sweat marks, or any scent or perfume or bodily odor. Any returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to the customer and considered final sale.

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.

Refund Processing

Please allow 2-3 days for all returns to be processed once we receive your item. After processing, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your card issuer's processing time.
